Steel Bar Supports
The Stone Works, LLC fabricates its own steel bars to support natural and engineered stone. These supports are designed to properly brace granite or quartz countertops while at the same time, remain unobtrusive. Our 1/2" or 3/4" thick flat bars eliminate the issue of space restriction and "knee-knocking" typically associated with corbels and/or decorative brackets. The options are numerous from simple, short bars to complex webs, depending on the individual situation. The bars can also be painted to coordinate with the stone if desired.
